My contribution
I first joined KNEWZIE to build the brand identity. After concerns were raised about the original UI/UX, I stepped in to redesign the product experience. As our team shifted KNEWZIE from Q&A to knowledge sharing, I translated the new positioning into a more content-led UI/UX direction. I later supported the launch with event assets, campaign materials, and social content.
2019 / Early Covid
Started as a Zhihu-like Q&A platform during a time of uncertainty.

A clearer brand system
The identity system turned a functional Q&A product into a more ownable knowledge-community brand.
Product-facing design
I redesigned the product experience around a more content-led direction, including a Share section that moved from a Facebook-like feed into a Xiaohongshu-style waterfall layout.
Wallet activation flow
A short product motion piece used to explain the mobile wallet opening experience.
Offline launch system
Event visuals and printed materials helped the redesigned brand show up consistently beyond the product screen.
Creator video post-production
A set of local KNEWZIE talent edits showing interview pacing, subtitles, rhythm, and post-production delivery.
